Paul de Ruiter Architects wins the DAM Prize 2016 in Amsterdam Zuid
The judge of district Amsterdam Zuid (South), Paul Slettenhaar (district South), Pauline Westendorp (NEWNRG) and Bettina (Bettina Bakt), nominated Paul de Ruiter Architects as the most sustainable company in the MKB in Amsterdam Zuid. By winning the district prize, Paul de Ruiter Architects is nominated as winner of the city DAM Prize. The seven district winners eventually battle for the city DAM Prize in October.
The DAM Prize is an annual prize for sustainable companies in Amsterdam in the MKB. The DAM Prize looks at both the sustainability of goods and services as well as a sustainable business management.
Sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship Some of the qualitative criteria of the DAM Prize are: the level of incorporation of sustainability, impact on sustainability in society, transparency about sustainability, innovative capacity and the level of clear ambitions in relation to sustainability. As a B Corp certified company, Paul de Ruiter convinced the judge about the way the firm aims to create a better world and in this way gives successful entrepreneurship a new meaning.
On the 31st of October the judge and the public select the winner of the DAM Prize, the winning firm is the most sustainable entrepreneur in Amsterdam.
