Designing inspiring buildings is our core business. But what we find equally important is a healthy, inspiring work culture within our own company. We're proud to call ourselves a B-Corp.
Being a Benefit Corporation, or B Corp for short, means we meet high standards of corporate social responsibility. We earned this certification because, in addition to profit, we prioritize social and environmental impact. We can demonstrate that we meet high standards in sustainability, transparency, and social responsibility. This includes fair employment practices, environmental stewardship, and responsible business practices throughout the entire supply chain. Profit is a good thing, but not at the expense of people or the planet. As a B Corp, our mission is enshrined in our bylaws, and we are regularly reviewed.
We don't just design sustainably; we also operate sustainably. For example, we start the week together on Mondays, have a vegetarian lunch, receive a bicycle allowance, and there's always room for initiative, development, fun, and sports activities.
