For me, design is the means to translate complexity into a positive contribution to a healthy living environment.

Since my studies at TU Delft, I have developed a strong interest in complex urban projects within dynamic and challenging contexts. With nearly eight years of experience, I have built a solid foundation in architectural design across a wide range of typologies, from concept to completion. In my work, I seek a constructive and optimistic interaction with the forces that shape our cities. I see these not as constraints, but as a starting point for smart and ambitious buildings that inspire users and add value to their context. For me, design is the ultimate tool to translate complexity into a positive contribution to a healthy living environment. What attracts me to Paul de Ruiter Architects is the way the office finds clarity, simplicity, and a sense of enjoyment within complex design challenges. The strong focus on sustainability also aligns seamlessly with my own design philosophy and reflects the direction in which I want to invest my passion and energy.
