After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Media at Erasmus University Rotterdam, I gained experience in hospitality, office management, and graphic design. In 2023, my passion for sustainability, my background in marketing, and my childhood dream of becoming an architect came together when I joined Paul de Ruiter Architects. What made this step especially meaningful is that during my studies I attended classes in the Polak Building — an original design by Paul de Ruiter Architects. Experiencing the building firsthand showed me the powerful impact good design can have on productivity and well-being. This is something I strongly believe in and it has only strengthened my motivation to contribute to a meaningful, sustainable built environment. What truly sets the firm apart for me is everyone’s continuous drive to innovate and learn from one another. We have an open and supportive culture that feels like a warm nest, where it’s easy to ask questions and grow every day. Working on ambitious projects I genuinely believe in — and proudly sharing them with the world — makes my role incredibly enjoyable.
